Shipping Methods
Our default carriers for shipping are USPS for the U.S., Canada Post for Canada and TNT or DHL for other countries. Tracking information for your shipment will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details.
Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed within 2 business days after your payment is cleared. Orders will only be shipped Monday through Saturday morning.
Undeliverable Shipment
You are responsible for providing us with an accurate delivery address. If a package shipped to you us not deliverable at the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, the cost of return shipping, and the cost of lost items.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that has been visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange to have the damaged package picked up, when possible. Please keep all evidence of the damage (in original packaging) to enable us to process a claim with the delivery company.
Defective Product
We want to provide you with the highest quality products. If, however, you feel there is a defect in your purchased products, contact us before taking any action. We may offer a replacement, if available, or credit you the cost of the products.
