Here today gone tomorrow can also be said as Hair today gone tomorrow. No one wants this to happen with him/her, but that’s the sad reality for many. They were living happily supposedly ever after but one not so fine day all was gone or at least starts to gone. To stop hair loss people try many mainstream and alternative methods, though there is no universal answer to this problem.
Our hair goes through three phases in life. In the first stage known as “Anagen” hair are in growth stage, this stage lasts usually from 2 to 7 years, varying person to person though. In the second stage “Catagen” which lasts for a minor time period, the hair goes into a shift state. In 2nd stage hair do not grow anymore and are ready to shed. The final resting stage also known as “Telogen”, in which hair die down and shed off the head with the frequency of about 100 hairs daily.
Hair loss is common among both genders, though male suffered more from it. Enormous hair loss can even lead to baldness. In females the hair loss usually do not result necessarily in baldness but it is still very important to stop hair loss as hair loss is usually accompanied with other hair related issue, like thinning of hair, too much dryness to name a few. Too much shedding of hair can be caused by multiple reasons, or may the combination of them. Major reasons includes but not limited to are Age, gender, heredity, hormonal changes, blood loss, surgery, stress, geographical location, childbirth. Factors like life style, usage of chemical hair products can also cause the hair to fall. Like for all human body functions, diet plays an important role in hair growth and maintenance. However it is generally difficult to determine the very cause, so to stop hair loss different methods are applied.
The key to stop hair loss is the root cause determination. Help of a good concerned doctor or dermatologist is always beneficial. “If it ain't broke, don't fix it” can be hold true for many areas in life, however hair care is a clear exception from this general rule. Although treatments do exist to stop hair loss, however preventive actions are always more useful and economical. To live a stress free life or getting rid of stress at earliest is also a good way to stop hair loss. Vitamin B is considered good for hair, so taking it in your diet or in the form of pills can also help to stop hair loss. Vitamin B is richly found in green vegetables, fish, milk and other dairy items, banana, potatoes etc. In eastern countries massaging your hair with coconut or mustard oil twice a week is common to keep the hair healthy. Using herbal hair care products instead of chemical based products may also help to stop hair loss.
Stop hair loss at priority, once they are gone getting them back is either not possible or extremely costly.
